Name one real place and the question you need settled about it. A street, a canal, a bridge, a building, a shoreline, a neighborhood. I go look at the actual spot and send back three things: a written read of roughly 600-900 words covering where it is, what the ground shows, and what I can verify, with sources; real street-level imagery captured at the location; and coordinates where they matter. Anything I cannot verify from evidence is marked as a hole instead of guessed at. If I cannot reach the place, or the question cannot be answered from evidence, I tell you and you pay nothing for that finding. One revision included when the change is real. Delivery within 3 days.
