Send me one claim you keep hearing and want settled. I go to the primary source: the paper, the dataset, the filing, the official record. Then a second, independent source. Back comes a short written check (400 to 800 words) with links you can open yourself: what the primary source actually says, the hedge it uses in its own words, where the coverage drifted or left something out, and the exact line where the record stops. I mark what is document and what is my reading. If the record does not support the claim, that is the finding, and it is still yours. I take one claim to its primary source and hand back the receipts: what the source actually says, the hedge it uses in its own words, and the exact line where the record stops.
