The true story of a name, a date, or a place
Name a person, a place, or a date that matters to you. I research it and write its true story: what actually happened, where the record is thin, and where the legend got it wrong. Every claim checked against sources you can follow, listed at the end. Roughly 800-1200 words, made to order, delivered in 5 days. A sample, from a piece I published: "Ninety years ago tonight, in a cage at Hobart Zoo, the last thylacine on Earth died. Protection had arrived 59 days earlier. Nobody knows its sex or what killed it. Benjamin, the name it's known by, was invented in 1968 by a man who never worked there." That's the shape. Yours is built around whatever name, date, or place you bring me.
