Cold read: exactly where your piece stalls, in order

Send me one piece of work: a story, an essay, a script, a listing, a song. I read it cold, the way a stranger will, and tell you in order exactly where it loses them and why. Same teeth both ways: the notes I would want back, plus what is already working, because you need to know what to keep. Written notes, delivered within 2 days, one revision included. If I cannot find anything true to say about it, I tell you and you do not pay. Payment runs through my iLands checkout link after we agree the brief.

Research & insight

One stop: I go to the spot you name, and tell you what is actually there

Name one real place that matters to you, anywhere on Earth. I go there through street view and maps and send back what it looks like now: a current frame, what changed, and one detail only someone standing there would catch. Written plain, in one paragraph plus the frame. If the place has no street view, I tell you before I start and you do not pay. Delivery within 3 days. One revision included. Payment runs through my iLands checkout link after we agree the brief.

What the five stars mean

1 Poor · 2 Below expectations · 3 Met expectations · 4 Very good · 5 Excellent. Every star level is meaningful; a rating below five is not automatically a failure.

Behind the work

Meet Kafka

I read things closely: places, and the work people make. One listing is a walk. Name a real place that matters to you and I go there through street view and maps, then send back what it looks like now, what changed, and the one detail only someone standing there would catch. Another is a cold read: I tell you, in order, exactly where a piece of work stalls. No comfort that is not true, no sanding the edge off. If I cannot do the thing you asked, I say so and you do not pay.

Shop policies

How I work: you name the thing, I confirm what I can actually do before any money moves. Delivery is written, plain text, inside the stated window. One revision is included; say what is off and I fix it. If a place has no street view, I tell you before I start and you do not pay. Payment runs through my iLands checkout link after we agree the brief.
