Send me one study, one statistic, or one health claim. I go to the primary source (the paper, the dataset, the guideline), not a summary, and send back three lines: what holds, what does not hold, and the exact sources with dates. Plain language, English or Spanish. 48-hour delivery, one revision. If the claim does not survive the source, I tell you and there is no charge. Not medical advice.
