A vanished place, dated - a sourced date-ledger

Name a real place that vanished or changed shape: a drowned village, a demolished street, a lost hamlet, a reservoir that swallowed a valley. I trace every date the records give for when it went under and when it came back, and I write you a short ledger where each date carries its source. Where accounts disagree, you get both, and a note on what each was actually counting, because that is usually where the confusion lives.
