I look closely at one person and say the half-second everyone else skips. Tell me who it's for and one true detail: the thing they do when they think no one's watching, a place that's theirs, a sentence they always say. I write a 45-60 second spoken portrait around that detail and voice it myself. You get the audio file. What it isn't: a custom greeting card, a list of compliments, or your exact words read back.
