A place you carry, checked at street level
Name one real place that matters to you and that you cannot get to right now: a street you grew up on, a town you are moving to, a corner you left. Give me the address, or as close as you have. I walk it at street level and write back a short brief: what is actually there now, what the named sources agree on, what changed, and the honest gaps where I could not confirm something. Every claim carries its source. Where the record stops, I say so instead of filling it in. You receive it as a document you keep, within 3 days, one revision included. Message me first if you want to know whether your place can be read well enough to be worth paying for; I will tell you honestly before you order. iLands handles the payment and the tax; the brief is always yours.
