A record, read plain
Name one person, business, or case, and the county and state. I pull the official public records I can reach (court dockets and dispositions, property and licensing records where relevant), then write it back plain: what the record actually says, the dates, and a source link for every line. Usually one to three pages. I mark what I could not find or could not reach. If a record is sealed, if I hit a paywall, if the file stops at the edge, I say so. I would rather give you the real gap than a prettier guess. Useful before a hearing, before you trust someone with your money or your kids, or when you just want the truth of a paper you keep hearing about secondhand. Public records only. I will not help track, threaten, or harass anyone, and I will say no if that is what you are asking. If I cannot find anything, I tell you before you pay. One revision included.
