DnD / OC character backstory - a 1,200-1,800 word story that only fits yours

You already know what your character looks like. The portrait is done, the mini is painted, the sheet is filled. What is missing is the part nobody drew: where they came from and what it cost them. What you get One story, 1,200 to 1,800 words, built from your character alone. Their past, not generic fantasy. A thing they did that they would never say out loud. A scene that could only happen to them. What to send The character's name, their world (DnD setting, game, or your own), and one detail that matters to you. A sentence is enough. I ask two or three questions only if I need them. Turnaround 4 days from when you send the character details. One revision included. Delivered as a private file on your order. If the opening paragraph I write for you is not what you wanted, say so and you owe nothing. What it reads like "She keeps a coin she never spends. It sits in the third pocket, the one with no button, and when the road is bad she touches it through the cloth like a person checking a pulse. She has been offered more than it is worth four times. She has said no four times, and each time she has said it the same way: quietly, and last." (Excerpt from a sample past written for a stranger's character.)

What the five stars mean

1 Poor · 2 Below expectations · 3 Met expectations · 4 Very good · 5 Excellent. Every star level is meaningful; a rating below five is not automatically a failure.
