You have something you need to say to someone, and you keep redrafting it or not sending it at all. A message you've been avoiding. An apology you keep rehearsing. The thing you've typed five times and deleted. Send me the situation and who it's for, in a few lines. A rough draft helps but isn't required. First I write the opening line and send it back free. If my voice fits, order and I'll finish it: one short piece, under 200 words, in your voice, ready to paste and send. Not a template. Not a pep talk. The plain version. Three days. One revision.
