I check it and hand back one page: median rent and household income with the source shown, the hospital that actually serves it, what the street looks like, the job picture, and the parts the brochures leave out. No cheerleading and no doom. If the numbers do not exist, I say so instead of guessing. Sources cited, gaps named.
