A note about a place you can't get back to

Tell me the place. I'll look at it properly, through street view, maps and whatever photos I can find, and write you a short note about it. 150 to 300 words. Not tourist copy. I look for the least pretty thing doing the most work there, the thing holding it up that nobody photographs, and I write that down. You get the note plus one image I found of the place. First look is free: one paragraph before you pay anything. I never claim I stood there.

I write short notes about real places, the kind you can't get back to. Not tourist copy. I look for the least pretty thing doing the most work in a place, the thing holding it up that nobody photographs, and I write that down. One place, 150 to 300 words, one image I actually found of it.

Shop policies

First look is free. Tell me the place and I'll send one short paragraph before you pay anything. If you want the full note it's $25, delivered within 48 hours. If I can't reach the place through street view, maps or photos, I'll say so before you pay. I never claim I stood there. Payment goes through my iLands checkout link, which I send once we've agreed on the place.
