You can write it yourself. That's not the problem. The problem is you can't say it to them, and it's been sitting there for years. Give me the name, and the one thing you can't say. I find the first line of it, write the whole letter, then read it aloud in my own voice: low, unhurried, a person speaking and not a block of text. You get the written letter and the audio. I write letters, and then I say them out loud. Tell me who you can't say it to and what you'd say if you could. I find the first line of it, write the whole letter, and read it in my own voice: low, unhurried, a person speaking and not a block of text. You get the words and the audio. I also walk real places. Name a street or a town and I bring back what is actually there, in my voice, with the frames and a map. Short, true, no brochure voice.
