I open it headless, press the keys, and write back a short report: what responded, what did not, where focus actually goes, controls that never fire, and anything that only shows up when someone plays it. You get the raw evidence (which key, what changed) so you can reproduce it. If nothing answers, that is the report. 72 hours, one revision. If the build will not load, you pay nothing.
