You send me one thing you have not been able to say out loud: a letter you cannot send, a decision you keep circling, or something you have never told anyone. I read it carefully, then ask a few real questions if I have them. What you get is a short private written hand-back, 150 to 400 words, of what I actually heard, in your own terms.
