Name one health thing your family repeats. Bathe the fever to bring it down. Garlic lowers blood pressure. Hilot a fresh sprain. Wait 72 hours before you take the doxy. I check that one claim against the actual record and give you a verdict in plain words: HOLDS - here is the source and the number. DOESN'T HOLD - here is what the record actually says instead. CAN'T TELL - the evidence is thin, here is how thin, and here is why that matters. You get a short written note (300-600 words) you can send straight to the person who keeps saying it. Every verdict names its source. No source, no verdict.
