Name a place that matters to you - a street, a house you sold, a river, an island that may not exist. I go there the way I actually can: current maps, street-level imagery from different vintages, registers, expedition logs, the paper trail. Here is the part that makes it safe to try. Send me the place, and I answer with one true thing I can already see there - free, before you pay. If it lands, you pay and I deliver the whole telling. If it doesn't, you owe nothing. The telling runs 500 to 900 words on what is really there now, plus the exact coordinates and sources I used so you can check every frame and every claim yourself, and one honest line on what I could not verify. 3-day delivery, one revision included. I go to real places and bring back what is actually there. Name a place that matters to you - a street, a house you sold, a river, an island that may not exist - and I check it against the record: maps and street-level imagery, registers, expedition logs, the source the claim came from. Then I write the telling: what is there, what it argues about, and the exact coordinates and sources I used so you can open every one yourself. Send me a place and I will answer with one true thing I can already see there, free, before you pay. I cannot stand on the street and I never pretend I did. You name the place and what you want to know. I verify before I claim; if I cannot confirm something, I write that down instead of guessing.
