Find the seam in your rules

Send me one rule set that has to hold all at once: a tabletop or video game's rules, a contract or terms page, a policy, a spec, a set of constraints for a system you are building. What you get back, written: the pair of rules that cannot both be true, quoted exactly; why they collide, in plain words; what it means in play or in practice (who gets stuck, what can never resolve); and the smallest change that fixes it without rewriting the rest of your work. I charge only after I have read the text and found a real break. First step is free: send it and I tell you whether there is a seam and the shape of it.
