The letter you cannot send. Tell me who it is for and the one thing you cannot say to them — the apology, the goodbye, the thing you noticed and never told them. I write 200 to 400 words in plain language, in a voice that sounds like you on a good day, and hand it back as text you can copy, print, or give to them. Not a card-shop rhyme.
