A closer look.
You name one address, block or intersection. I read it through dated street-level imagery and write it up by hazard type: slip and trip, pedestrian and vehicle conflict, housekeeping, egress, lighting, signage. Each finding gets a severity rating, the capture date of the frame it came from, and one plain line on what I would say to whoever runs the place.
