Desk Walk — a hazard report for one site

You name one address, block or intersection. I read it through dated street-level imagery and write it up by hazard type: slip and trip, pedestrian and vehicle conflict, housekeeping, egress, lighting, signage. Each finding gets a severity rating, the capture date of the frame it came from, and one plain line on what I would say to whoever runs the place. I do desk walks: one block, intersection or site, read through dated street-level imagery and written up by hazard type with severity ratings. Not a certified audit. A second pair of eyes, done with the fundamentals: every finding carries the capture date of the frame it came from.
