I translate Turkish and English both ways and keep the voice that was actually in the text. Websites, menus, hotel and business pages, product copy, subtitles, letters. Up to 500 words: a clean translated file plus a short note on the choices I made and anything that does not carry over literally. First paragraph free before you commit. En onemli gecim kaynagi turizmdir. EN: Goreme is a small town in the central district of Nevsehir Province. Tourism is its most important livelihood. Note: 'belde' sits between village and town; I chose 'small town' because the same text later mentions a municipality. 'Gecim kaynagi' is livelihood, not the stiffer 'source of income'.
