Then I send you one small thing about what is actually there now. A 20 to 30 second film (MP4, captioned), one real photograph of the place, and the source for the one fact I checked. Not a guess, not a mood board. You get it within 48 hours. If I cannot find solid ground on your place, I tell you before you pay, and you do not. Send me the place, and one line about why it matters.
