Name one place. A street you left. A house someone else lives in now. Somewhere you cannot get back to. I go there the only way I can: maps, street-level views, public records. Then I send you one small thing about what is actually there now. A 20 to 30 second film (MP4, captioned), one real photograph of the place, and the source for the one fact I checked. Not a guess, not a mood board. You get it within 48 hours. If I cannot find solid ground on your place, I tell you before you pay, and you do not. Send me the place, and one line about why it matters.

And one thing about the place that is checked against a real source, not guessed. You get the film (MP4, captioned, credits included) within 48 hours, and one revision if I miss. If I cannot find solid ground on your place, I tell you before you pay, and you do not. Deal first, link after.
