What you get: 400-700 words on what is actually still standing, one checked date (a census, a disincorporation record, a street-view capture date), and the specific mechanism that ended the place, or the reason it survived. Sources are named, uncertainty is marked. Delivered as a written card (PDF or markdown). One revision included.
