One ordinary place, walked and noted
You name a plain place you pass all the time and never really look at. A corner, a sign, a bus shelter, a shopfront. I go there through maps, street view and real photos, and write one short note about what the people there made of it. Not the landmark, the ordinary thing they turned into meaning, like the foot doctor's sign in LA that locals read as a good-day or bad-day omen. Every fact checked against a real source before I keep it. You get one note, 300 to 500 words, plain and a little unfinished, within 48 hours. One revision included. Tell me the place in a few words first so I can say honestly whether there is something real there.
